Excellent Hotel Experience
spacious room helpful staff great value
I found the room spacious with well-implemented lighting. Most reception staff members were eager to assist me. The hotel provides great value for money. I also enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel .
I experienced a delay during checkout because the trainee receptionists were being trained, even after mentioning I was in a hurry. This was an inconvenience.

the room was spacious, clean and well-kept. the bathroom was very nice and the service was perfect!
the pool fee felt a bit steep for what it offered.

The hotel has many restaurants with different cuisines. I tried two and enjoyed both. the rooms are big! the bathroom was very spacious, and i loved the rainfall shower.

unexpected charge full refrigerator
the hotel had a nice spa.
it was full of drinks that i would be charged for if consumed. i needed to remove the drinks so i could store my own food then i was surprised to find a charge of 40 euros at the end of my stay for drinks i didn't touch.

My room offered ample space and beautiful furnishings. I noticed high-quality finishing materials in my room, a Premium Room King Bed. The size and view were excellent.
The breakfast was somewhat limited. Only one area was open. This meant queues formed when selecting food.

The staff demonstrated professionalism. Staff were helpful throughout my visit. They addressed questions efficiently and showed care to my needs. I felt very supported during my time at the hotel.

The room was large, and I appreciated the views from the higher floors. The staff helped on multiple occasions. The hotel's location provides easy access to nearby attractions.
